Returns

We have a 30 day return, refund or exchange policy for unused and undamaged products purchased from our online store (excluding sale items). If the product isn't returned within this period, we cannot refund/exchange the item.

We have a 6 month warranty for damaged goods. 

Due to health regulations we cannot accept returns on earrings.

How to return an item

Please email us at info@zoda.com.au with your invoice/receipt details along with a photo of the damaged piece. We will then be in contact with you shortly. 

Can I change/cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we are not able to make any changes once your order has been placed, nor can we cancel orders.
You can return your items once you have received your order, simply contact us via info@zoda.com.au.
